Paul Arthur Osaroejii founded Axiom Preventive Health Systems on a conviction formed over more than a decade inside America's healthcare machinery: the system does not fail patients at the moment of crisis, it fails them in the quiet years before, when prevention was possible and the workflow never made it happen. Axiom exists to close that gap. As Founder & Principal Investigator, Paul leads the company's research and development of AWV-AI™, an AI-assisted workflow platform designed to help primary care practices plan, execute, and document Medicare Annual Wellness Visits with intelligence, accountability, and equity, and he is building the broader Axiom Preventive Intelligence Suite™ on the same foundation.
His authority on the problem is operational, not theoretical. Across 12+ years in medical claims and insurance operations, including service as a PIP Medical Claims Specialist with State Farm and as a Senior Property & Claims Adjuster with national carriers, Paul adjudicated the downstream cost of missed prevention: the documentation deficiencies, denied claims, and fragmented follow-up that follow when preventive care is treated as paperwork instead of a system. He has seen, claim by claim, what it costs patients, providers, and payers when a wellness visit never happens or is never completed well. Axiom's products are engineered from that evidence.
Paul brings a scholar's discipline to that operational experience. He holds a Master of Health Administration (Health Care Leadership) and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Capella University, both conferred in 2020, each completed with a 4.0 GPA, and is a doctoral candidate in Health Services at Walden University, where he is completing his dissertation. He holds professional certifications in data science and data analytics (IBM and Google, 2023), a combination that shapes Axiom's method: rigorous about evidence, fluent in data, and grounded in how care is actually delivered and paid for.
Beyond the laboratory of his research, Paul is a Nigerian American novelist, author of four published novels, including Library of the Dead: Where Unwritten Books Come Looking for a Hand, NUMINA: The Boy Who Painted the World in Numbers, The Future Smells Different, and Semen on the Sacred Vestment. His fiction returns to the questions that animate his scholarship: how systems shape human outcomes, whose voices a system is built to hear, and what people owe one another inside them. It is the same lens, ethical, equity-conscious, and insistently human, that he brings to preventive health technology.
From Fort Worth, Texas, Paul is building Axiom deliberately: research first, honesty about stage, and technology that serves the people inside the system, proactive, preventive, and personalized.

Axiom is a founder-led company. AWV-AI™, our entry product, now has a working prototype in public demonstration, and Phase I feasibility pilots are planned alongside clinic partners. We make no claims of customers, pilots, or revenue, we are building in the open, guided by real-world primary care operations experience.

To help primary care practices deliver proactive preventive care through intelligent, explainable, and equitable workflow technology, starting with the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit.
