Axiom Intelligence Certifications™ prepares healthcare professionals to deliver preventive care the way it was always meant to be delivered: evidence based, organized, and equitable. Our courses teach the standards behind great prevention, from the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit to the workflows that close care gaps, and they certify the people who do the work.

Preventive care is the highest value work in medicine, and the least systematically taught. Most clinicians, care team members, and practice leaders learned prevention on the job, in fragments, under time pressure. Axiom Intelligence Certifications™ replaces fragments with a curriculum: role based tracks, evidence based lessons drawn from CMS, USPSTF, CDC, and HHS guidance, knowledge checks that teach as they test, and a certification standard that means something, because a certificate you cannot fail is not a certificate.

Axiom Preventive Health Systems is building the Axiom Preventive Intelligence Suite™, a family of workflow intelligence tools for preventive care, beginning with AWV-AI™, now in working prototype. The certifications train your people in the principles and workflows those tools will support, so your practice builds capability today, with or without new software.

Clinical Track, for physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and registered nurses. Clinical guidelines, screening decisions, and personalized prevention planning, taught at the depth the point of care demands. Credential earned: Axiom Certified Preventive Care Clinician.

Care Team and Coordination Track, for medical assistants, care coordinators, patient navigators, and community health workers. Outreach, social drivers screening, documentation support, and closing the loop, the work that decides whether prevention plans survive contact with real life. Credential earned: Axiom Certified Prevention Care Coordinator.

Practice Leadership and Quality Track, for practice managers, administrators, and quality leads. Quality measures, panel management, equity stratified data, and workflow design, the systems work that turns individual effort into population results. Credential earned: Axiom Certified Practice Quality Leader.

Course 1, Preventive Care Best Practices Certification (Core certification, all tracks). The complete discipline of preventive care, in six modules: 1. The Preventive Care Landscape and the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit. 2. Evidence-Based Screening, the USPSTF Framework. 3. Immunization and Infectious Disease Prevention. 4. Preventing Chronic Disease, Risk Factors and Counseling. 5. The Personalized Prevention Plan, Documentation and Billing Integrity. 6. Closing the Loop, Follow-Up, Referrals and Panel Management.

Course 2, Equity-Centered Care (Certificate course, all tracks). Prevention that reaches everyone, in five modules: 1. Foundations of Health Equity. 2. Screening for Social Drivers and Connecting Patients to Help. 3. Communication, Language Access and Health Literacy. 4. Bias in Decisions, Human and Algorithmic. 5. Measuring Equity and Designing Fair Workflows.

1. Learn. Work through each module's lessons, in readings, walkthroughs, cases, and job aids built for busy professionals.

2. Check. Finish every module with a knowledge check. Checks are ungraded practice with full feedback, and you can retake them until the material is yours.

3. Examine. Sit for the course final examination online.

4. Certify. Score 70 percent or higher, and your certificate is issued automatically, carrying your name, the date, and a unique certificate identification number that employers can verify with Axiom. Did not reach 70 percent the first time? Your score report shows exactly where to review, and one retake is included after that review. The standard does not move. Neither do we.

Axiom Intelligence Certifications™ is a new program, and we say so. Its first cohort will study the founding catalog of two courses, and founding trainees will help shape what comes next. Our certificates are professional training certificates issued by Axiom Preventive Health Systems, LLC. They are not accredited continuing education credit, and they are not licenses. What they certify is real: that the person named completed a rigorous, evidence based course of study and proved it on a graded examination, at a standard of 70 percent.
